// Terms of Service

The fine terms.

Last updated · May 21, 2026

01

Acceptance

By visiting thesoundgallery.ca or using anything we host on this site (mixes, embeds, the minigame, contact form), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

02

What you can do

Visit the site, listen to the broadcasts, play the minigame, follow the links out to Spotify, YouTube, SoundCloud, and Instagram. It's all here for personal, non-commercial enjoyment.

03

Content ownership

Everything original on this site — the mixes, recordings, written copy, artwork, code, branding, and motion — belongs to The Sound Gallery and AVIRA. You can share links and screenshots; please don't republish, mirror, or remix without written permission.

04

What you send us

If you email us a message, a track recommendation, or submit a score to the leaderboard, you grant The Sound Gallery a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, store, and respond to it. Don't send us anything you don't have the right to share.

05

Embedded services

We embed players from Spotify and YouTube. Their content, ads, and tracking are governed by their own terms — Spotify Terms, YouTube Terms, and the privacy policies linked from those services.

06

What's off the table

No scraping, automated access at scale, reverse engineering of the site, attempting to disrupt the service, or using the site to do anything illegal. Same goes for impersonation or sending us spam.

07

As-is

The site is provided as-is. We do our best to keep it running and the embeds working, but we can't promise uninterrupted access, error-free playback, or that every link will stay live forever.

08

Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, The Sound Gallery and AVIRA are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Direct liability, where any exists, is capped at the amount you paid us to access the site — which is zero.

09

Ending access

We can suspend or restrict access at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these terms or do something that puts the site or other listeners at risk.

10

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and any disputes will be heard in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.

11

Changes

We may update these terms as the site evolves. The "last updated" date at the top tells you when. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new version.
